Wednesday 90-Minute Grounded Flow + Guided Rest

On Wednesdays, Grounded is offered as a 90-minute extended class. The first 60 minutes follow the traditional Grounded flow, preparing the body and nervous system for rest. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to guided meditation and extended savasana, allowing time to fully unwind, integrate the practice, and reset midweek.

Expect gentle heat, supportive prop options, and a calm, grounding close. All levels welcome.
