A deeply restful practice designed to support relaxation and nervous system recovery. Restorative yoga uses fully supported poses held for extended periods, allowing the body to rest without effort or strain.
With the help of bolsters, blankets, and props, students are guided into comfortable shapes that encourage stillness, ease, and quiet awareness. This class is ideal for stress relief, recovery, or simply slowing down.
No prior yoga experience required. All bodies and all levels welcome.
